Hello, my name is Rob. I'm a student at AACC. I am going for my AA degree in history. If things go right, I should have it at the end of the next fall semester.

Currently, I'm looking for a job. I just ended work with Radio Shack who I worked for for three years, with my work ending with them this March.

One of my interests is Anime. About a year ago, I had no idea what anime was. Little did I know that one day I would become the President of the AACC Anime Club which is a lot of fun, but also a lot of work and a lot of responsibility. Anime Club is a club where people who like anime get together and watch and share anime. Also, there are card games and role playing there. If you go to that college, AACC, and you haven't checked out the AACC Anime Club, you really should.

I didn't want to get a live journal at first because I didn't know what I would say. Lyn and Ingrid have been pestering me to get one even though Ing says that most are "attention ploys manned by people with the iq of a squid." I finally decided to get one because I am bad at English and I figured that writing in one would help me improve my writing skills. So don't laugh at my bad grammar and occasional misspelling. I also have a couple friends who have journals and I figured having one too would be a nice way to keep in touch.

My journal name is "ilkshinyobjects" for "I like shiny objects" because that is the max number of characters they allowed for a journal name. "I like shiny objects" is a phrase I use a lot. When people think of shiny objects they tell me they think of me.
